The I ❤️ My Team Awards is a free recognition program designed to celebrate the outstanding employees who make a difference in automotive dealerships.

This initiative helps boost employee engagement, strengthen workplace culture, and improve retention by highlighting team members who go above and beyond.

Award Categories

Customer Champion: For employees who go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Team Player: Recognizing those who foster teamwork, collaboration, and a positive work environment.
Innovative thinker: Honoring employees who bring creative solutions or improvements to processes.
Leadership Excellence: For employees who inspire, motivate, and lead their teams to success (formal leaders or informal influencers).
Above and Beyond: Recognizing an individual for extraordinary acts, inside or outside the dealership.

Who Can Participate

Open to all dealership employees across all departments (sales, service, parts, finance, HR, etc.).

Any employee can nominate a coworker, managers, peers, and even self-nominations (with approval) are encouraged!

How It Works

Submit a nomination through our online form.
Share why your nominee deserves to be recognized, with examples of their impact.
A judging panel will select winners based on the nominee’s contributions.

Recognition & Prizes

Winners will be featured in our newsletter, on our website, and across our social media channels. They’ll also receive a personalized award and other incentives!
