Your Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with our support team tounderstand how our product solves dealership challenges
  • Identify opportunities within a well-defined target market.
  • Proactively engage prospects through cold calls, emails, and marketing campaigns.
  • Understand HR and Health & Safety compliance needs to position our solutions effectively.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and assist senior sales reps in closing deals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry partners to drive long-term revenue growth.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Sales and customer service experience (automotive industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills to identify client needs.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile, including taking the time to know our solution and processess in depth.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and ability to travel periodically.
  • Fluency in French is an asset.

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
