DealerPILOT HR Automation has an HR Associate vacancy to support our growing needs.

This position will be responsible for providing recruitment services to the Automotive Industry, supporting the Advisory team on strategic and service related initiatives and ensuring an incredible customer experience.

If you have the following requirements, we want to hear from you:

• Related HR Designation-CHRP or RPR preferred
• Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on Recruitment and HR processes.
• Strong understanding of talent management practices.
• Exceptional communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to inspire and influence at all levels of the organization.
• In-depth knowledge of HRIS systems and use of the full Microsoft 360 suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently to contribute to team goals

As the HR Associate you will:

• Report to the Sr. Manager, Professional Services
• Participate, as required, in strategic initiatives and client related content and services, include providing advice and guidance on day-to-day HR and H&S enquiries.
• Stay informed of HR trends and best practices, legislative updates, industry news and challenges, including maintaining ongoing PD to maintain your designation
• Assist clients with recruitment and actively participate in the candidate experience

This is a work-from-home position that requires periodic on-site visits with our clients in the Greater Toronto Area.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
